Sample Workshop provides a service that is non-refundable, however, we do our best to ensure our clients are happy by offering the following exceptions;

Sample Workshop offers a complementary free 10-minute introduction at the beginning of every consultation for you ‘as the client’ to ascertain whether you wish to continue with our service. If you choose to continue, the service is non-refundable. Alongside our designers' time, the service includes chips samples, sample board, fabrication materials, closable soft folder, specification sheet, and discount coupons. These are items are not itemizable and are not eligible for return or refund.

To cancel or reschedule, Sample Workshop requires at least 24 hours' notice. If cancelations occur within 24 hours, your deposit may not be refundable.

All product and sample selection after the date of purchase is final and cannot be exchanged or returned. If a product has been discontinued within 30 days of the consultation date, Sample Workshop offers a free 30-minute follow-up consultation to replace the discontinued product and sample.

Follow-up consultations will be charged at $120.00 per hour should you need further assistance and/or wish to change finishes on your specification sheet and sample board. Sample Workshop requires exchanged samples to be returned in new condition or a $10 fee per sample will occur.

Charges that occurred for custom sampling, including shipping and delivery fees, will be on charged to the client and are non-refundable.

Sample Workshop is not responsible for any product warranties, damaged or faulty products, delivery, and installation. Any issues are the responsibility of the supplier and complaints should be made directly to the supplier. If Sample Workshop acts as a third party and orders the product on your behalf, we will try our best to resolve the issue quickly, however, we are governed by the supplier's refund policy and correspondence.

Promotional vouchers and discount coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
