PROFESSIONAL SAMPLE BOARD

Terms & Conditions

Upon purchasing Sample Workshop’s professional sample board, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

 

On project initiation, a 50% deposit is required. Upon completion, the remaining 50% is required prior to delivery. Sample Workshop is not responsible for late payment resulting in potential delayed delivery. 

 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for the design concept and specification sheet, this is to be provided by the client. 

 

Sample board lead times are governed by the client’s approval of the PDF proof. Sample Workshop allows a minimum of 5 working days to generate the PDF proof. Once the PDF proof is approved by the client, allow 10 working days to obtain New Zealand stocked samples and construction of the sample board. Please allow a further 2-5 working days for delivery. 

 

Upon approval of the PDF proof, no further changes can be made. If changes do occur after the PDF approval, extra charges will occur and provided deadlines can no longer be guaranteed. 

 

If a sample board is to be designed to fit into a space, Sample Workshop is not responsible for providing accurate measurements. 

 

Once the PDF proof has been approved, Sample Workshop is not responsible for any typos, as this is the responsibility of the persons approving the PDF proof. 

 

If samples cannot be obtained due to being indent or out of stock, Sample Workshop will inform the client and agree to an alternative. Sample Workshop is not responsible for any delay if this were to occur.

If the specified suppliers require Sample Workshop to purchase sampling, all additional charges incurred will be itemised and added to your final invoice. 

 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for any damage or wear and tear to samples and sample boards. To prevent damage and prolong the life of Sample Workshop’s product, please store your sample board flat with samples facing upwards and in the packaging provided. 

 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for subsequent incidents that occurred from storing/displaying sample boards vertically. 

 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for any damage that occurred during delivery. If the client is not present upon delivery, Sample Workshop is not responsible for any loss, damage, or additional delivery cost that may occur. 

 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for the fixing or mounting of the boards to any surface. Any damage that occurred during the installation process is the responsibility of the purchaser or installer. 

 

For the adhesive to maintain the bond to the samples and board, the sample board must be stored between +5°C and +25°C in cool dry conditions. Any boards not stored within these conditions cannot be returned or refunded. 

 

All contact and project related information provided to Sample Workshop will be filed for quality control and marketing purposes. The details provided will not be given to a third party.

 

Upon request to the Client, Sample Workshop is permitted to photograph and film all Sample Boards prior to leaving the premises.

Upon request to the Client, Sample Workshop is permitted to enter the Property for the purpose of photographing, filming or inspecting the Property. 

 

Sample Workshop does not take responsibility for any injuries, allergies or damage to personal items that occur within and around the building complex.
