Upon booking Sample Workshop’s design service and sample board,  you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 

 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for the design concept and inspirational imagery provided by the client prior to and post consultation.

Sample Workshop can not display and/or store unlimited products and sampling. If you wish to view specific sampling during your consultation; as the client, it is your responsibility to email Sample Workshop with all product information and/or imagery at least 8 working days prior to your appointment. If fewer than 8 working days notice is provided, Sample Workshop can not guarantee the sampling with arrive in time for your consultation. ​

 

Sample Workshop offers a complementary free 10-minute introduction at the beginning of every consultation for the client to ascertain whether they wish to continue with Sample Workshops design service. If they choose to continue, the service is non-refundable.

All product and sample selection after the date of purchase is final and cannot be exchanged or returned. If a product has been discontinued within 30 days of the consultation date, Sample Workshop offers a free 30-minute follow-up consultation to replace the discontinued product and sample.

Follow-up consultations will be charged at $120.00 incl. GST per hour should you need further assistance and/or wish to change finishes on your specification sheet and sample board. Sample Workshop requires exchanged samples to be returned in new condition or a $10 fee per sample will occur.

 

All product selections and applications are the customer's responsibility. Sample Workshop does not hold accountability for the selection of finishes, outsourced replacements, colour matching, and product application and location.

Texture and colour matching of the purchased product cannot be guaranteed and may vary from the samples provided. 

 

At the time of purchase, all products in Sample Workshop’s showroom are current, however, Sample Workshop is not responsible for the purchase of any products. Sample Workshop holds no accountability for price adjustments, product availability, lead times, and discontinued stock as the purchase date of products cannot be guaranteed. 

 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for any product performance, product warranties, damaged or faulty products, deliveries, and installation. This is the responsibility of the supplier and/or installer.

 

For the discount coupons provided by Sample Workshop to be valid, you must purchase from the specified suppliers and adhere to the restrictions stipulated on the discount coupons. 

 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for any damage or wear and tear to samples and sample boards. To prevent damage and prolong the life of Sample Workshop’s product, please store your sample board flat with the samples facing upwards and in the packaging provided. 

 

All contact and project-related information provided to Sample Workshop will be filed for quality control and marketing purposes. The details provided will not be given to a third party.

 

Upon request to the Client, Sample Workshop is permitted to photograph and film all Sample Boards prior to leaving the premises.

Upon request to the Client, Sample Workshop is permitted to enter the Property for the purpose of photographing, filming, or inspecting the Property. 

 

Sample Workshop does not take responsibility for any injuries, allergies, or damage to personal items that occur within and around the building complex.
