TERMS & CONDITIONS

Upon purchasing Sample Workshop’s design service and sample board,  you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for the design concept and inspirational imagery provided prior and post consultation. 

All product selection after the date of purchase is final and cannot be exchanged or returned. An exception of one30-minute follow-up consultation and the exchange of a maximum of three samples is included in your initial fee. 

Exchanged samples must be returned in new condition or a $10 fee per sample will occur. 

If more than three samples require exchanging or a second follow-up consultation is required, a design fee of $90.00 per hour plus $10 per sample will occur. 

All product selections and applications are the customer's responsibility. Sample Workshop does not hold accountability for the selection of finishes, outsourced replacements, colour matching and the change of product application and location. 

Texture and colour matching of the purchased product cannot be guaranteed and may vary from the samples provided. 

At the time of purchase, all products in Sample Workshop’s showroom are current, however, Sample Workshop is not responsible for the purchase of any products. As the purchase date of products cannot be guaranteed, Sample Workshop holds no accountability for price adjustments, product availability, lead times and discontinued stock. 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for any product warranties, damaged or faulty products, deliveries and installation. 

For the discount coupons provided by Sample Workshop to be valid, you must purchase from the specified suppliers and adhere to the restrictions stipulated on the discount coupons. 

Sample Workshop is not responsible for any damage or wear and tear to samples and sample boards. To prevent damage and prolong the life of Sample Workshop’s product, please store your sample board flat with samples facing upwards and in the packaging provided. 

Sample Workshop does not take responsibility for any injuries, allergies or damage to personal items that occur within and around the building complex.
